2004 Monaco Windsor 40'" PBDD, Mfg. Serial No. 141765, Two Slides on Drivers Side

This is a very clean one owner coach. It has been driven 10 to 15 thousand miles each year. The coach

is parked each winter in a mild climate and fuel is treated. Coach is parked on paved driveway when not

in use. There have been many upgrades, Thin-lite LED ceiling lights, many other LED lights in coach.

Owners had no plans to sell until they fell for a larger, newer coach. It has been maintained in top

condition continuously since new.

The owners were non-smokers and had no pets. The carpet was replaced in 2017. Galley area and bath

are ceramic tile. Genuine solid cherry cabinetry and trim. Light carpet and many windows make the

interior bright. Windows slide open for excellent ventilation. Ventilation fans move large quantity of
